Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 can (8.5 ounces) petite peas
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 1 medium shallot finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss until well coated. Chill covered for 1 hour. Serves 6.
